Instructions for Submitting Samples

Thank you for your interest in LipoSpec HDL/LDL subfraction testing. Please complete the request form below to receive shipping instructions and a requisition document.

Sample type: 5–10 µL of serum or plasma (finger-prick compatible).
Collection tube: Standard EDTA or serum-separator tube.
Shipping: Ship overnight on cold packs. Do not freeze unless instructed.
Turnaround time: Typical results are available within 3–5 business days after sample receipt.
Compliance note: Do not include patient names or personal identifiers. Use only your study ID or internal code.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with:

A requisition form to include with your shipment
Packaging and labeling instructions
