Instructions for Submitting Multiple Samples

For multiple-sample submissions, all samples in one shipment should use the same sample matrix, collection date, and requested test. Individual sample identifiers should be listed in the Batch Sample Analysis Template.

• Sample type: 5–10 µL of serum or plasma is sufficient for analysis, but we recommend sending at least 100 µL per sample when possible.

• Collection date: All samples in the shipment should be collected on the same day and shipped together.

• Sample matrix: All samples in the shipment should use the same sample matrix, such as serum, plasma, or whole blood.

• Batch template: Complete one row per sample in the Batch Sample Analysis Template. Use only deidentified patient IDs, study codes, internal sample identifiers, or tube barcode numbers.

• Shipping: Shipping conditions depend on the sample type. Fresh whole blood should not be frozen and should arrive within 36 hours. Serum or plasma samples should be frozen and shipped on dry ice.

• Turnaround time: Typical results are available within 3–5 business days after sample receipt.

• Compliance note: Do not include patient names, medical record numbers, or other direct patient identifiers unless this has been specifically agreed under the appropriate compliance framework.
